Alizeh Iqbal Haider is a celebrated politician, human rights activist and a barrister. She is the daughter of Iqbal Haider, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the Co-Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan. Her father was also a Senator. She followed the footsteps of her father and become a barrister.
She is a part of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians. She won a seat in the National Assembly in the Elections 2013 which were held in May. She stood from NA-313. She has a personal Twitter account which she updates daily.
Alizeh Iqbal resigned from this position back in August due to other reasons. When asked for the resignation she pointed out about her personal engagements, her business and her family which currently resides in Dubai. She is a resident in Karachi and her house is located in Clifton.
