PPP Syed Zahir Ali Shah & Asma Arbab Alamgir To Join PTI?

Peshawar: Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) influential leaders such as provincial president Syed Zahir Ali Shah and former women’s wing president Asma Arbab Alamgir is expected to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). There are high reports that both are in contact with the PTI’s leadership these days after which they will take decision whether they want to continue with PPP or shake hand with PTI.

According to the reports, Zahir Shah has met with KP Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak in order to discuss about his leaving of PPP. Sources are also claiming that Zahir Shah is in favor for the slot of provincial president in PTI as he is thinking these days whether to accept KP chief minister’s offer or not. On the other hand, senior leader of PPP also expressed his disappointment regarding show cause notice which has issued to him by PPP general secretary Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.

However Asma Arbab Alamgir is also considering PTI after her removal from the post of PPP’s women’s wing.
