Prime Minister Of Pakistan

The President of Pakistan nominates the leader of the majority party in the National Assembly as the Prime Minister of the country. The Prime Minister is the head of the administration on the federal level and after his nomination, selects his cabinet out of the members of the National Assembly belonging to his party.

Since the whole of the administration circle revolves around his personality, he occupies the most prominent place in the National Assembly as well as in his own party. The Prime Minister, if desires, 2n incorporate changes in the laws on the basis of his majority in the National Assembly.

Nevertheless, the right of appointment and the termination of the Prime Minister is possessed by the National Assembly.
