Islam, during the period of Mujaddid Alif-Sani was passing through a precarious condition. Kings were interpreting Islam according to their choice and view point. The opportunist scholars (Ulema-e-Soo), to make the king happy, were interpreting Islam with the wrong intentions and the saints of Islam keeping Islam aside, were lost in the luxuries of the world.
Mujaddid Alif-Sani, in this situation, decided to face all these evils and took the steps for the correct interpretation of Shariah. Mujaddid Alif-Sani expressed upon the people that one’s knowledge, act and sincerity should be for pleasing God. ‘Tareeqat’ and ‘Haqeeqat’ can’t be separated from the Shariah.
