PTI Shah Farman Says KPK Can Shut Down Punjab’s Electricity Line

Shah FarmanPeshawar: Information Minister OF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman warned that he would take off electricity line to Punjab even if it led to the closure of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, governor’s rule or arrests. The troublemaker official from rural Peshawar asked the opposition to stand by him in this matter.

Shah Farman said to the opposition lawmakers that I will cut off power to Punjab with your support and wouldn’t care if this assembly is dissolved, governor’s rule imposed or we are arrested. Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali criticized at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government, by saying that ministers and members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) were involved in power robbery.

However, Shah Farman did not act on his threat to disconnect power to Punjab. Information Minister of KPK said the house left me alone in this fight as I am struggling for the province. As Shah Farman said Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali had blamed the whole province in the context of power robbery. The minister said the Nepra report has stated that Fesco and Lesco were involved in power theft

Sardar Aurangzeb Nalotha, the Pakistan Muslim League-N lawmaker from Abbottabad, said Abid Sher Ali had not blamed the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa “power thieves.”

Shah Farman is a Pakistani politician who assists as the Member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on behalf of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and as Information Minister OF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Pervez Khattak administration.
