Lahore: Punjab University has been blaming for sexual harassment and maltreatment since many years as women collogues and students are facing sexual harassment from the administration of Punjab University.
Recently students of Punjab University took an action against sexual harassment by organizing a Press Conference at Lahore Press Club today.
According to the details, six students of PU has done a Press Conference and has blamed PU administration that they are targeting girls for sexual harassment as well as illegal drugs are also given to girls by force. Six sportswomen claimed that PU’s Vice Chancellor (VC) sexually harasses them and forces for the illegal drugs as they are using illegal drugs in order to get victories.

Girls alleged that there are many cases in which girls are beaten and threaten by administration and force by management to take illegal drugs. PU students demanded to Chief Minister to solve these matters and take action against these illegal issues which has been facing by the girls since many years.
PU Director Sport Shamshah Hashmi while rejecting the allegations and called them fake and baseless charges challenged for medical checkup and said that PU administration will collaborate with any agency who want to query about these allegations.
According to the University administration, Punjab University Law College lecturer Khujista Rehan is making conspiracies against University in this form just to defame the organization.
