Rameez Raja Controversial Comments Irked Bangladeshi Fans

Former Pakistani cricketer and commentator Rameez Raja has irked Bangladeshi fans through his offensive and controversial comments regarding Bangladesh cricket and its players. According to the details, Rameez Raja who has criticized Bangladeshi team several times did not leave another chance and made offensive comments recently during their Pool against Afghanistan on last Wednesday at Manuka Oval in Canberra.

The 52-years old famous commentator gave great courtesy to Afghan team from the very starting of the game team during the match of CWC 2015 and Bangladeshi team got partial and unjustifiable opposition from the commentator. Rameez called wrong name as Sumaiya Sarkar of Bangladeshi bowler in place of Soumya Sarkar during his commentary of the match between Bangladesh and Afghanistan. On the other hand, Rameez Raja is the only commentator who calls “Sakibul” to famous player of Bangladesh Shakib al Hasan which is totally unfair act with players by commentators.

After facing these discriminating acts by Rameez Raja, Bangladesh fans burn the images and banners of Rameez Raja near Shahbag yesterday and in other parts of the Bangladesh by showing their aggression against the Pakistani commentator.
