The foremost problem in Pakistan has been facing is unemployment. The ratio of unemployment is growing rapidly because lacking of sources although Pakistan has had natural resources which are being wasted lacking of knowledge and backwardness. There are many major problem behind unemployment and first is such as rapidly growth of birth is causing it, the population of Pakistan is increasing day by day, a large number of population is here but jobs opportunities are selected, and the causes of increasing population are early marriages, lacking of awareness, desire of sons and also second marriage etc.
The second problem of unemployment electricity is not as being provided as should be provided, although there are many ways to producing electricity in Pakistan but due to lack of mismanagement and planning, the government of Pakistan is not able to provide proper electricity to residential area of Pakistan then how can factories and industries be provided, many factories and industries are being shifted in an other Asian countries, and it’s a becoming huge reason of unemployment, because industries and factories don’t produce and manufacture here, people can not avail job.
The third major problem of unemployment is the high age retirement ratio, till 60 a person will not be retired, and because of this issue many graduates, masters, engineers have been waiting to avail a job.
The fourth major problem of unemployment is poor education system and lacking of knowledge of regarding agriculture .there should be well organized and well recognized institute established, so that people can use natural resources ,because agriculture sector provides 44% jobs directly and indirectly to literate and ill irate people.
The fifth major problem of unemployment is the tax system of Pakistan which also not satisfactory .government is not able to start development projects and also people don’t want to invest their money of paying extra ordinary taxes, there is no investment, how government should start developed projects, and there are no projects, ultimately there is a reason unemployment.
If there is a good planning for providing electricity ,and step should be taken for removing electricity issue, should be here managed tax system, so that people could invest their money, should be given awareness of birth controlling and also should be solved the problem of high age retirement.
