Schools To Remain Close On Monday In Karachi

Private schools will remain close on Monday (14th January). The schools will remain close as a sign of solidatry with the victims of Quetta tragedy . According to the Private Schools Association, the decision was made to express solidarity with victims of Quetta bombing incident.

It is to mention here that mourning day was observed in Karachi on Sunday on the call of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). All the shops, businesses remain closed and public transport was also not present on the roads.

Also on 11th January (Friday) some schools in Karachi remain closed in the protest of killing of School Principal Engineer Syed Ali Hyder Jafri.
