Shahbaz Sharif Is Richer Than Nawaz Sharif

Shahbaz Sharif who is set become Chief Minister of Punjab is richer than his elder brother Nawaz Sharif. According to the statements of assets and liabilities submitted by Nawaz and Shahbaz to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). Shahbaz Sharif assets were Rs. 336.9 million last year whereas Nawaz’s assets were Rs. 261.6 million.

Nawaz Sharif income in 2010 was Rs9.7 million, in 2011 his income was Rs10.6 million whereas in 2012 his income was Rs12.4 million. Nawaz who will be becoming Prime Minister in first week of June paid Rs, 2 million, Rs. 2.8 million and Rs, 2.4 million as income tax in 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively. Nawaz has stated in his statement that he lives in a house which is owned by her mother.

Shahbaz Sharif income in 2010 was Rs. 3.1 million in 2010 which increased to Rs. 12.8 million in 2011 and it was further increased to Rs. 14.9 million in 2012. Shahbaz paid Rs 0.25 million, Rs 2.2 million and Rs 2.6 million as income tax in 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively. Shahbaz lives in her spouse house which is of Rs. 120 million.
