I keep on receiving promotional messages (SMS) from almost eatery i have ever placed an order at and they sent messages at the oddest of hours. I think they have an automatic save the number app every time an order is placed.
But now it’s driving me nuts because they sent messages sometimes thrice everyday. It’s fine if they are sending in working hours but at 4:58 am. Is there anyway I can stop them from sending me messages because I am unable to block the number.

Was in the same situation, the amount of spam messages was killing my sleep. Got call black list pro and set it up so it blocks any and all messages that comes from any number not in my contact list.
Go through its log on a weekend or whenever I feel like, and delete all txts with one tap, no notification on blocked texts. It can also be used to block calls. If you’re on Apple, you’re pretty much stuck as there is no choice on there.
