3. For increasing the productivity, modern & sophisticated tools & techniques must be used & the land tenure system must be corrected.
4. The consolidation of holdings must be used for saving the land from fragmentation of land.
5. For solving water shortage problem, small dams & barrages must be constructed.
6. The framers must be provided Taqavi Loans for making the shortage of agricultural finance good.
