Sukkur: Senior Central leader of Sunni Tehreek Shahid Gauri said that the country is surrounded by internal and external conspiracies as leaders need to take courageous decisions at the right time because Karachi is currently best place for terrorists. Modern weapons and equipment are needed to provide police forces for the betterment of the society.
Shahid Ghauri visited Interior Sindh for his organizational tour where he spoke to the press conference and said Pakistan Sunni Tehreek is a religious, political and social party. As we always condemned eliminating sectarianism and terrorism against country, we lose our two great leaders of Sunni Tehreek who shed their bold due to this reason.
Shahid Ghauri said while condemning Tahafuz e Pakistan Ordinance that implementation on ordinance will put Pakistan and innocent citizens into a great trouble. Government should take back Tahafuz e Pakistan’s bill as Sunni Tehreek condemns this bill. Sunni Tehreek leader further said that Pakistan’s security cannot achieve by passing the bill from assemblies but it will only get by establishing justice in Pakistan.
He further said that Karachi is not safe as target killing, extortion and attack on the traders and industrialist’s houses or business is extraordinary in the city and it is the evidence that operation was not successful in the Karachi against terrorism. Terrorism in Karachi has become a major and highly destructive phenomenon in recent years which causes great suffering in the context of peaceful society. Press conference was also attended by the Provincial President of Sunni Tehreek Ahmad Qasmi and other leaders of the party.
