Tehreek-e-Insaf Get SMS Short Code 9008 For Sending Messages

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has emerged as first political party of Pakistan who has got successfully SMS short code 9008 for sending messages. According to the sources, PTI has received SMS short code from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on Sunday through which they can now be able to send or receive messages in order to connect large number of people.

Sources also said that PTI can be used this short code 9008 in their intra-party elections as all members of PTI can easily cast their vote from their registered SIM by using this short code. Sources also claimed that PTI is also looking forward to sign deals with cellular companies so that they can get cellular network to use given SMS short code. An acquired SMS short code will provide great help to the political party to connect the masses for their protests, rallies and public gathering, sources added.

On the other hand, PTI leader Asad Umer said that with the help of SMS short code we have reached to the fastest communication in order to remain in touch with our party members and other people as well.
