Although Phase VII, DHA, was established in the late 1990s; only recently has it seen increased investor interest, leading to rapid commercial and residential development there. Living in style… Wide, well-carpeted roads, contemporary houses built on large plots, high-end apartment complexes, quality educational institutions and well equipped sports facilities characterise Phase VII.
Rahat and Bukhari Parks, with paved jogging tracks, children’s play areas and acres of greenery are ideal spots if you want to exercise, relax or spend time with your family. Several upscale recreational avenues – such as the Marina Club – hotels and fitness centres are a few minutes’ drive away.
Shopping options a-plenty…. Shopping expedition within Phase VII are usually limited to Seher and Jami Commercial Areas; both commercial areas are not only cater to the daily grocery needs of residents, high-end amenities and shopping venues suggest that it it well on its way to becoming a much sought-after neighbourhood. the house several upscale boutiques and salons which are major crowd pullers. For people looking for added variety, Sunday Bazzar, which is located a few minute’s drive away, provides everything under the sun. When it comes to food, Phase VII offers a wide variety of eateries including Cafe Duke and The Burger Shack, while roadside restaurants have a mix of desi and international food.
The real estate take…. Approximately 60% is built-up and property is in high demand. Residential property options include houses and apartments, and commercial property options include standalone shops and retail space in low- and high-rise buildings, as well as on the ground floors of apartment complexes. Property prices and rental are expected to increase by five to 10% by the end of 2015.
In a nutshell… While Phase VII is not yet as coveted as some of DHA’s other phases, its peaceful surroundings, high-end.
