According to the Chinese calendar, 2015 is the Year of the Sheep (also known as the Year of the Ram or Goat) and begins on February 19. It is believed that it is a year of prosperity and well-being for anyone born in this year (e.g. 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003 and 2015). This claim is also validated by Western astrologists who have tracked the positive signs of the planets’ changing aspects and their position relative to each other and confirmed that this is a lucky year. In fact, various zodiac horoscopes for 2015 emphasize the overall propensity toward stabilization and general wellbeing.
