Urdu version of WhatsApp will provide great help to those people who live in rural areas and don’t know much English. With the help of Urdu version of WhatsApp, they will be able to communicate with their loved ones in an easy manner. In this regard, translator administrator of the project Ahsan Saeed told that WhatsApp can be translated in Urdu fully as 753 strings and moderated 2089 strings have been translated in just three months.
Translator administrator further told that volunteer translators has given their best in this project just for the love of Urdu and without them, WhatsApp’s Urdu version was impossible. However stellar market share of WhatsApp will boost highly after its Urdu version as WhatsApp is getting number of users day by day. It is to remember that WhatsApp has decreased SMS traffic which was once was very high, but now in the era of 3G and 4G, people are communicating through WhatsApp instead of local SMS.
