Hi, you can enroll as private student in any university in Pakistan, buy your books, go at the exam dates and give the exams. When you pass, on the degree your university will not write if it’s with regular attendance or not it will be same degree that is given to student who attends or who does not attend. Means it won’t be written on your degree if you have done it as a regular attending student or as a private student. So you can enroll in a good university then buy your books and study without attending university everyday but you have to attend exams and take your results same like every student.
