Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan stated that equivalence is most important in our performance. Shamim Khan was addressing a session in Punjab judicial academy for judicial officers who had completed their training courses.
Chief Justice said that Judges performance and competency it is need of time. The subject of law is like sea. He added that our workshops and teaching courses purpose is to improve judges thinking, vision, approach, and decision making power. This will be more helpful to take a decision according to merit. As well as they will serve in better way.
At this moment Lahore High Court (LHC) registrar Judge Chaudhry Humayun Imtiaz, Nazir Ahmad Gajana Director General Punjab, Secretary of Lahore Chief Justice Javed Hussain Baloch and other senior officials were also present.
