Sikh And Sharif Family Son/Daughter Marriage?

Several news items have appeared in various newspapers of India, stating different stories about the marriage of a Pakistani girl with a Sikh Hindu Indian, both from the influential elite families of the respective countries. India media have reported that two got married last Friday in Panchkula, Chandigarh.

Two elite family belonging figures entered into marital relationship last Friday in Pachkula, Chandigarh as reports Hindustan times and the other newspapers. The astonishing fact about the marriage is that Kanav is the grandson of the Siachen hero Indian Army official (retd) colonel, PH Hoon. Kanav manages the Hyundai business dealing in Chandigarh.

Samiya, 26 and Kanav 27 got into love relationship after meeting in Dubai. Transcending the border woes between the two countries, they married each other, which is also said to be a court marriage. Ironically, PH Hoon, the Indian Army Official had been active in voicing against Pakistan whenever it came upon Indo-Pak relations and the LOC tensions.

Samiya is daughter of Muhammad Siddiq, Lahore based businessman who is a far relative of the acting Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

This marital relationship especially between the arch rivals has gained hype on social media websites. Previously, Shoaib Malik had married the Indian tennis star Sania Mirza which stirred controversial statements and criticism from Indians.
