Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan is representing Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gilani in Supreme Court. In contempt case Aitzaz Ahsan is counsel of Yousuf Raza Gilani. I remember that after the lawyers’ movement to reinstate Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry, Aitzaz Ahsan pledged he will not plead a case in front of CJ since he was his Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry lawyer. The question is that why Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan now represented Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in contempt case in front of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry.
