He was arrested last year in allegations of killing 100 citizens and other dozens of terrorist activities. According to an Urdu web portal report, Ajmal Siddiqui aka Ajmal Pahari has got bail due to absence of witnesses. This news revealed during Supreme Court Karachi Registry’s larger bench hearing. DG Rangers Major General Rizwan Akhtar and IG Sindh Fayyaz Leghari were also present in court. Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali was head of this bench. Justice Anwar showed concern over this release.
