Expressing interest in the matter Riaz said that the construction process can begin within fifteen days if the government cooperates with him. The business tycoon has called for government’s role in ensuring him the security. He had extended help to the victims of the Peshawar Church Attack and those the earthquake victims. He said that he would pay Rs 2 lacs to each Christian family. Twin blasts that took place in the capital city of Peshawar five days back
