He said that Sindhi topi is not culture of Sindhi and it is the culture of Balochi. Pir Pagara also finished the ban of waering topi for Hur Jamaat. He said that people can marriage outside the family and Islam has not forced to marriage with in the family. Pir Pagara said that scince has also proved that Inter-family marriages are the main cause of Thalassaemia. Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi was named 8th Pir Pagara in January 2012.
