According to the details, Zaib Badar was passing through the defence area in a government car when he was held charged for overruling the law. The traffic policeman  on duty caught him and fined him. Jehangir Badar is the Secretary General of the PPP and has served as a former Federal Minister and an MNA from NA-120 in the past. In 2010, Badar had been acquitted by the NAB court in cases of misuse
