PML-N President has filed a suit in apex court over the memogate scandal which involves Hussain Haqqani. Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that parliament is not a rubber stamp and those are doing conspiracies against democratic government will be unsuccessful. After PML-N has filed case in Supreme Court, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders have heavily criticised PML-N and PPP senior leader Babar Awan also lashed out former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Pakistan Army and ISI name has been taken in this memo which is to be investigated deeply. Pakistan Muslim League – N (PML-N) has done the right thing by submitting a petition in Supreme Court in this regard. Only resignation of Hussain Haqqani is not enough and the culprit in this case should be given
