Speaking to the media, PCB Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmed said that if Mohammad Amir is back into domestic cricket this year , even though it’s not possible that he will play in February 2015 World Cup. Subhan Ahmed said that the PCB was not hopeful about the ICC clearing the pacer to play international cricket until he completed his five-year ban, which would end around August 2015. However, the efforts to take him back to domestic cricket have begun early.
