The recent ban on pillion riding was imposed on 8th April. The ban was imposed because of law and order situation in Karachi. A man living in Korangi while talking to this reporter said that it is strange that the ban was imposed because of deteriorating law ands order situation, now the ban has been lifted but the law and order situation has not improved and in the last 24 hours 16 people have been killed
