The ban will be effective from 6 AM to 7 PM in Karachi and Quetta on Friday. Rehman Malik said that this decision has been made because there were reports of terrorist activities in these cities. Rehman Malik added that mobile phone service many also be suspended if needed. In the recent few days more than 70 people were killed in Karachi. Targeted and sectarian killing were happening in Karachi and police has failed to stop these killing. Law Enforcement agenices have failed to maintain law
