It is pertinent here to mention that Jamat Ahle Hadith has become an important ally of PML of which Dr.Azeemuddin is a member.Many other notable people belonging from political parties have also announced to leave PML-N and join PML-Q after the meeting. Dr.Azeemuddin and Sardar Waqas Moakal were announced as the candidates by the deputy Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League Senior Central
