A Sexual Harassment case has been against him. District and Session court has also ordered to initiate judicial inquiry. The case was filed against Paracha in Risalpur police station. According to details, An Intermediate Class student of Nowshera College Sobia* filed case. She alleged that Ishfaq Paracha sexually harassed her in his factory.
