From the same day, other architects, both British and Pakhtoons, started building up the Pakhtoon national structure. Sir Sahibzada Abdul Qayyum helped by his friend, Sir George Rooskeppel, then Chief Commissioner of the NWFP, established the Islamia Colligiate School and college in 1913.
