A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has also issued notice to MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan. The petitioner who has filed this case accused Ghulam Sarwar of using diploma of a resident of Faisalabad to obtain BA degree. Ghulam Sarwar has rejected this allehation and has said that he has no issue if Supreme Court want to verify his educational documents.
