In contempt case Aitzaz Ahsan is counsel of Yousuf Raza Gilani. I remember that after the lawyers’ movement to reinstate Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry, Aitzaz Ahsan pledged he will not plead a case in front of CJ since he was his Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry lawyer. The question is that why Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan now represented Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in contempt case in front of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry.

He said that such type of political parties fall suddenly. Meanwhile Yousuf Raza Gilani condemned the murder of Dr. Baqar Shah in Quetta. He said that Dr. Shah murder was tragic and the killers would not remain at large for long. He also expressed happiness over resolution of new province in the National Assembly by Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM). He was talking to journalist after inauguration of Pakistan Television (PTV) new building in Multan.
