Karachi: New trend of not playing the national anthem before the screening of films in cinemas has been seen. It has been decided that strict actions would be taken against such cinema theaters. Film certification system would prevail instead of censorship recommendations. These words were spoken by the chairman of the Sindh Board of Film Censors, Fakhr-e-Alam while addressing to the cultural committee outside the press club.<\/p>
