Islamabad: Ex additional secretary of the Election commission of Pakistan Muhammad Afzal Khan has exposed the reality of 2013 Elections while saying that people’s mandate was cheated as last elections were full of rigging. He also claimed that previous chief justices Iftikhar Chaudhry and Tassadduq Jillani played an important role in rigging last year.<\/p>
