Mian Muhammad Munir is a well-known and high ranked official of his constituency. He is a member of 16^{th<\/sup> Punjab Assembly whose tenure spans from the year 2013 till date. He is a high morale politician with good social character and standing. He holds the constituency of PP-190 (Okara-VI). He is affiliated with right-wing mainstream political party which formed government in last elections Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz), led by a business man turned politician who is also famous for ownership of Ittefaq group Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.  Mian Muhammad Munir had been very vocal is raising the problems of his community at the governmental door and also towards party leadership.
