If so, then you are likely to be sleep-deprived, which, recent research has revealed, van adversely affect your health. Studies at the university of Wisconsin concluded that sleep plays a crucial role in boosting brain power. According to DR Chiara Cirelli, lead researcher at the University, ”Sleeping promotes neurogemesis, the process by which new nerve cells grow, particularly when you are dreaming, which only happens dreaming, which only happens during the deepest stage of sleep, REM (Rapid Eye Movement).”<\/p>
