It was karachi’s first upscale neighbourhood and attracted the city’s well-heeled, thanks to its large plots, well-planned infrastructure and ideal location–just minutes away from Karachi’s primary through fare, Shahrah-e-Faisal. An upscale enclave… Over the year, KDA Scheme 1’s charm has not waned; if you drive through its quiet lanes, you will find them lined with trees and wrought iron gates through which you can catch a glimpse off rambling houses with sprawling gardens. Unlike many other areas in Karachi, the neighbourhood remains a quiet enclave, with apartments and houses, parks and a cluster of schools and commercial strips.<\/p>
