Lahore: The Excise and Taxation Department has sealed Gaddafi Stadium due to non-payment of property tax as officials of Excise Department told that Gaddafi stadium is payable of Rs.5, 83, 5000. According to the details, Excise officials said a case of tax payment has been going on with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) since 14 years.<\/p>
