Karachi: Administrator Karachi Saqib Ahmed Soomro said that there is a lot of need of employees in KMC due to which imbalance is also occurring between income and expenditure. He also said that KMC is the debtor of more than 10 Billion Rupees as it is unfortunate that unnecessary hurdles come into the way of developmental works.<\/p>
