Dhoraji, Karachi. <\/strong>Stretching between Ghazi Salahuddin Road and Salani Chowk, Dhoraji was established as a residential pocket in the early 1950s. Initially , the area was characterised by rambling houses built on large plots. Due to increasing demand for residential property, most of these houses were demolished and the plots were bifurcated , with smaller houses and apartments constructed in their place. Dhoraji is completely built-up; every year, property prices and rentals increase by 20 and 25% respectively.<\/p>
