Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued the orders of restoration of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) Chairman Chaudhry Rashid while declaring the dismissal null and void. According to the details, the case of removal of PEMRA’s chairman was heard by IHC’s Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi on Monday who decided to restore his post after evidences.<\/p>
