Achin: Haji Ghalib Mujahid who is a district governor of Afghan province of Nangarhar is used to lead fighting against the Islamic State (IS) in order to take revenge from them for killing people of his district. IS which is called as Daesh in Arabic is accused of killing and doing violence on thousands of Achin residents.<\/p>
