Appeals lie to the Supreme Court of Pakistan from judgments and orders of all the High Courts in the country, as also from the Federal Shariat Court. The Supreme Court has concurrent write jurisdiction similar to the High Courts. It also has jurisdiction to answer references made to it by the Government, as well as to settle causes of dispute among Provincial Governments and between the latter and the Federal Government.<\/p>
