Folk Dance is an integral part of the cultural life of Pakistan. Folk Dancing on marriages, durin the harves season or the onset of monsoons adds to the gaicty and jubilation of these occasions and is therefore widely practised. Luddi, Bhangra, Phumahanyan, and Jhoomar, from the Punjab, Jamalo, from Sindh, Khattak from Frontier Province and Chap from Balochistan are a part of this tradition.<\/p>
