<\/a>There have been many cars in Karachi which are running on the roads and their number plates are displaying AFR (Applied For Registration). The number plate AFR is fake and is not allowed by government. Many cars can been seen with AFR – 2010, AFR – 2011 and AFR – 2012 number plates. But instead of stopping these number plates, many government cars are also carrying AFR – 2012 like number plates.<\/p>
