It is difficult to describe the principles and doctrines of Fascism, for the Fascists prided themselves in their lack of theory and consistent philosophy and practice. There is no Fascist manifesto or an authentic Statement of Fascist principles and programmes, as we find with the Communists, Mussolini himself acted as if he hated all abstract thinking and theorizing.<\/p>
