Mr. Khalid Bin Vilayat is a renowned politician in current Sindh Assembly whose tenure spans from the year 2013 till date. He is an able politician belonging to constituency PS-105 Karachi-XVII. Currently he is serving as a Member of Standing Committee on Law and Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights, Standing Committee on School Education (up to Matriculation) and Standing Committee on Social Welfare. In the past he has served as Minister in Government of Sindh from the year 2008 to 2013 and as a Member of Provincial Assembly of Sindh from the year 2005 to 2007. He is affiliated with MQM.
