As the industrial products are either comforts or luxuries which are highly subjects to oscillate due to change in price. Moreover, the income of the common men in Pakistan is low due to which the demand for industrial goods is low. The producer, for covering the high cost of production, fixes the price due to which home market becomes limited.
The expansion in the industry, due to limited market, becomes very difficult. Despite our freedom, still we are under the influence of the foreigners. We become proud to use the foreign made and take the local goods sub-standard.
So long the local industry is not provided with the protection, the industrial development in the country will be difficult. Pakistani should follow the saying ‘Buy Pakistani be Pakistani’.
